The Apiary brings together people who are committed to creating thriving futures for children in Australia. It builds leadership, collaboration and the capability to bring about lasting change in early learning.
The Apiary aims to bring about change at a systems level. This means thinking about the big picture – identifying what we can do to improve the lives of children today and in generations to come.
Apiary Fellows attend a series of forums called Convenings, where they are encouraged to connect with each other, learn from shared and different experiences and understand how insights can be applied within their own contexts as well as the broader ECEC system. Fellows develop a shared agenda for action that always has children at the centre. Through all of this, Fellows become catalytic leaders who continuously collaborate and learn to create change for children in Australia.
