She works closely with other members of the Policy and Government Relations team and the broader Impact Foundry, and contributes to in-house and commissioned policy projects.

Grace is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, completing a double major of Criminology and Politics & International Relations. Her degree has taught her the importance of understanding the complexities underpinning social issues, and led her to develop a keen interest in social policymaking that addresses root causes of harm.

Before TFP, Grace completed internships in public policy consulting and foreign diplomacy, which sparked her interest in learning how government interacts with community stakeholders to develop effective policy.
