Raffi believes that all children and young people should have equitable access to high quality learning experiences, starting with early childhood education, for the best chance to achieve positive outcomes in all facets of their lives.

 

As Mentoring Program Manager, Raffi recognises the critical role of the ECEC workforce and the impact that nurturing the next generation of Early Childhood Teachers can have on the future of the workforce and ultimately the lives of children and families.

 

Raffi brings experience in program development & evaluation, as well as Early Childhood experience, having worked directly with children as an educator for a number of years.
