Improving Equity Supports in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
Strengthening equity in early learning
From the time that children and families enter the ECEC system, services need to quickly adapt and respond to the variety of communities, backgrounds and circumstances they originate from. Each family and child have different needs, strengths and requirements.
When done well, all children can access high-quality early learning. However, it can be streneous on the sector.
A new project led by the Front Project, with support from the Investment Dialogue for Australia's Children, dissects how the system can more efficiently respond to this diversity.
