There, Metta oversees a diverse range of early childhood programs. Her role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and family support services. 

With over 13 years of experience in the early childhood sector, Metta has held various leadership positions and actively participated in multiple collaborative projects with diverse stakeholders. Throughout her career, Metta is very passionate in mentoring and coaching others - building other's capabilities and motivating the team to feel empowered to drive positive changes in children's lives.
