Sarah Louise Gandolfo has had a long career as an early childhood teacher, pedagogical leader, and lifelong learner.

She is the National Pedagody and Training Manager at Genius Childcare and a Lecturer of Education at Melbourne Polytechnic.

She has dedicated her career to the pursuit of kindness in the workplace, pedagogies of love and care, and to developing leaders at all levels of organizations.  

Through her consultancy, Learning to Lead in Early Childhood, Sarah Louise thrives on the challenge of working with highly diverse groups of early childhood professionals across the sector spectrum. With formal qualifications in education, research and leadership, Sarah Louise is a committed advocate for children, social justice, and the early years workforce.
