Paid Enrolment Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our membership program offered by The Front Project. Before you cancel, review our refund policies in this guide.

Membership Fees

Online Community: Our Online Community memberships run for 12 months from the day you paid a full annual membership. A minimum of 12 months are required before this contract may be terminated. Annual memberships require payment in full before commencement of membership. Upskill mentors and students gain free membership/access to the Online Community during the full duration of the program.

Upskill program: Our memberships run for 12 months from the day you paid a full annual membership.  A minimum of 12 months are required before this contract may be terminated. Annual memberships require payment in full before commencement of membership. As Upskill program supports are provided during the full duration of the study/degree at $750 in total, annual membership fee will vary depending on the duration of your full degree. For example, if your full degree is for 2.5 years (30 months), your annual fee will be $300 per year in the first and second year, then $150 in the third year for six months. If it is for 1.5 years (18 months), your annual fee is $500 in the first year, then $250 in the second year for six months.

Instalments

You are required to pay full annual membership fees therefore instalments or pro-rate payments are not allowed.

Refund Conditions

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our memberships during cooling period. If you are not satisfied with the membership that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement during the cooling period which is within seven (7) business days of your purchase.

After the seven (7)-business-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

We do not offer refunds for renewal payments. Fifteen and seven days before an annual subscription renews, we will send an email letting you know you are scheduled for a payment. If you do not want your membership to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.

Request a refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund but have not received one, contact us (upskill@thefrontproject.org.au) and email us your refund request. We review every refund request we receive and aim to respond within three (3) business days.

If you have not received a refund you are expecting, but it has been fewer than 10 business days, the refund may still be processing. Refunds can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.

Transfer of membership

Memberships are non-transferrable. The exception being with organisation-sponsored memberships, where the staff member has left the employ of the organisation and a new person has been appointed to the role. This new staff member resumes the membership upon the organisation’s request. In addition, if the organisation requests transfer of memberships based on the change of role/staff, The Front Project is happy to discuss case by case.

Change of circumstances during membership

If an individual wants to covert from an organisation-sponsored to an individual paid membership, the individual is encouraged to discuss it with the employer to ensure an agreement is reached and communicate this to The Front Project. Upon confirmation, the remaining Online Community membership fee will be refunded to the organisation. 

If an organisation wants to financially support any individual membership purchasers, this can also be discussed with The Front Project in relation to transfer of membership/payments. Upon confirmation, the remaining Online Community membership fee will be refunded to the member/individual.

If you are a paid member of Online Community however have become a Upskill program mentor or paid member (student) during the 12-month membership period, your membership convert to a free access/membership to the Online Community from the day you commence your Upskill program. The remaining Online Community membership fee will be refunded to a party who paid for it (individual or organisation).
